Bringing Pandora’s New BVI to Life

When Pandora launched their brand-new Brand Visual Identity (BVI), our task was to translate it into a comprehensive and intuitive digital design manual – one that could be used by markets across the globe to create aligned, locally relevant work.

Working closely with Pandora’s in-house agency, we built a detailed, interactive manual that brings the new BVI to life across every touchpoint. It covers everything from logo placement, typography, color usage, and pattern variations to tone of voice, hair & makeup, retouching standards, and campaign layout guidelines. No stone was left unturned.

Because the manual was intended for global use, it was essential to align with a wide range of internal stakeholders and markets. We collaborated closely with key teams to make sure the content was not only thorough, but also clear, practical, and usable for everyone.

The final result was an interactive digital manual launched first at Pandora HQ, then rolled out globally. It includes direct links to all necessary toolkits, image libraries, fonts, and templates, and was built to be a living tool: easy to update, evolve, and expand over time.
