With more than 20 years at international and independent agencies as a Client Service Director, I’ve been around and learned a thing or two about how to get the best out of creative teams.
The idea for Sorte Får began when I was a freelancer. I found myself increasingly running into the same pool of clever and experienced freelance creatives doing the same as me: Helping agencies and clients with very specific tasks. For various reasons, we’d all opted out of the agency life to work independently. My kind of people.
Three years ago I started Sorte Får – a community of independent super minds with a simple transparent business model: Each project is matched with a hand-picked team of independent senior creatives with the relevant skills.
As a client you get the opportunity of working together with the best in their fields for a fair price. By choosing to be financially independent, with a simple setup, we can afford to give clients solutions we really believe in; not the ones that earn us the most.
When you work with us, you’ll probably be meeting fewer people. And that’s good. They’ll be the right people, who’ll be personally invested in your project from idea to execution. Between us, we’ll be able to get to the core of an issue faster and smarter. Because we know what we’re doing, work well together and place real value on your time and ours. That’s how you’ll get great work. At a fair price.
When I’m not working with clients in the Sorte Får set-up, I also work as a freelancer and spend time on charity work; fundraising and developing campaigns for NGO’s.
